Sip water, herbal tea, or electrolyte drinks all day (small sips often).

Keep easy snacks nearby: crackers, toast, yogurt, bananas, oatmeal.

Eat a small snack before treatment and a light meal after, if you can.

Choose gentle foods when your stomach feels upset (rice, applesauce, bananas, plain noodles).

If strong smells bother you, eat foods cold or at room temperature.
